Gluten Free Italian Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients


1/2 cup Authentic Foods-GF Classical Blend flour

2 teaspoons sesame seeds

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup water

1 egg, slightly beaten

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound) cut into 1-inch pieces

2 cups vegetable oil

2 cups Francesco Rinaldi® "Original Marinara" Pasta Sauce

Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions


Combine flour, sesame seeds, Italian seasoning and salt in a shallow bowl; stir until well blended. Add water and egg; mix well.
Dip chicken pieces into batter; drain off excess. Heat oil to 375┬░F. in a large skillet. Fry chicken in hot oil, a few pieces at a time, until golden brown. Drain chicken on paper towels. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with warm pasta sauce.
