Small Barbecue Meatballs on Rice

½ lb. extra-lean ground turkey

½ lb. lean ground beef

½ c. Kinnikinnick bread crumbs

½ c. condensed milk or half-and half

1 small onion, chopped

½ c. green pepper, chopped

Coarse salt and fresh ground pepper

4 servings S&W Rice – Organic White Rice

Sauce Ingredients

½ c. ketchup

¼ c. chili sauce

2 Tbs. yellow mustard

1 clove garlic, chopped

2 tsp. butter

2 drops Tabasco sauce

2 Tbs. brown sugar


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together meat, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, green pepper, and salt and pepper. Form into small meatballs and place in a baking dish and set aside. Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. After sauce has boiled for one minute, remove from heat and pour over meatballs. Place meatballs in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes. While meatballs are cooking, prepare the S&W Rice – Organic White Rice according to package directions. Serve meatballs on top of hot rice.
