Ingredients
10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach (optional)
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jar Francesco Marinara Sauce
1 can Tomato Sauce
2 c. cooked gluten free elbow macaroni
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Cook spinach according to directions, drain and reserve liquid. Add enough water to make 1 cup. Set aside. Brown the beef, onions and garlic. Add spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce to browned meat. Simmer mixture for 10 minutes. Combine spinach, macaroni, cheese, and eggs. Pour this mixture into a greased 13 X 9" pan. Top with meat sauce and bake 30 minutes.
