Shrimp Marinara

Ingredients


1 (14.5 oz.) can Italian diced tomatoes, undrained


1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste


1/2 c. water


2 garlic cloves, minced


2 Tbs. minced fresh parsley


Coarse salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


1 tsp. dried oregano


1/2 teaspoon dried basil


1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined


1 lb. gluten free spaghetti


Shredded Parmesan cheese


Directions


In a slow cooker, combine the first nine ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Stir in shrimp. Cover and cook 20 minutes longer or just until shrimp are heated through. While shrimp are heating, cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Serve shrimp and sauce over spaghetti. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.
