Ingredients
3 Tbs. olive or vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 red, yellow or green bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
12 oz. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 (26 oz.) jar Francesco Rinaldi® "Chunky Garden Style" Mushroom & Onion Pasta Sauce
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper
8 oz. gluten free twist macaroni, cooked and drained
Directions
In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion. Sauté 3-4 minutes or until onions are soft and translucent. Add peppers; sauté 5 minutes. Add shrimp; sauté 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Add pasta sauce and pepper sauce. Season with salt and pepper; simmer 2 minutes. Pour over pasta.
