Ingredients
1 1/4 Lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. Di Lusso sliced pepperoni, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1/3 c. Minute® Rice-White Rice
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2-3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Coarse salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 ºF. Combine all ingredients, mix well with hands. Form meat into medium-sized meatballs and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake balls 10 to 12 minutes, or until no longer pink. Serve over gluten free spaghetti with Francesco Rinaldi® Original Traditional Sauce.
