Ingredients
1 box gluten free Bell & Evans Chicken Tenders
1 (24 oz.) jar Francesco Rinaldi® "Traditional" Original pasta sauce
4 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
½ lb. gluten free spaghetti, cooked and drained
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Follow package directions for cooking the chicken fingers until they are just about done. Place the chicken fingers in one layer into a low baking dish and spoon on Francesco Rinaldi Traditional Original pasta sauce, one tablespoon at a time, to coat each piece. Sprinkle on shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake just until cheese begins to bubble and turns golden. (Serves: 4)
*Serve with a side of your favorite gluten free pasta topped with additional Francesco Rinaldi pasta sauce.
