posted by 6 years ago

1 Gourmè Mist Canola Oil Mister

4 salmon fillets (4 oz. each)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbs. white wine

4 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tbs. honey

1 Gourmè Mist Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar Mister

1 Tbs. fresh oregano,

2 c. fresh green beans,

2 c. cooked brown rice

1 green onion, chopped

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and mist with Gourmè Mist Canola Oil. Mist a small nonstick saucepan with Gourmè Mist Canola Oil. Over medium heat, cook and stir garlic until soft, about 3 minutes. Mix in white wine, honey, and mustard. Simmer, uncovered, for about 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Arrange salmon fillets on foil-lined baking sheet. Mist each fillet with Gourmè Mist Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar (about 2 seconds each). Brush fillets with honey mustard glaze and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. While fish is baking, steam the green beans. Place the green beans in a pot and fill with about 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil then cover; steam over medium heat until cooked through (about 5 minutes). Drain off water. Use a spatula to transfer each fillet to a plate. Sprinkle with green onion. Serve with 1/2 cup brown rice and a 1/2 cup green beans.
