Ingredients
1 can Amy's Kitchen Organic Black Bean Vegetable Soup
1 can red beans, rinsed and drained
1 can Great Northern white beans, rinsed and drained
1 can Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans
1 can chopped tomatoes, undrained
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
16 oz. frozen, super-sweet corn
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbs. chili powder, or to taste
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Coarse salt & fresh ground pepper
1 Tbs. cumin
Directions
In a slow cooker, combine black bean soup, the beans, tomatoes, corn, onion and bell pepper. Season with garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cumin and salt & pepper. Cook for at least three hours on HIGH or up to nine on LOW. (Serves: 8)
