Chicken and Biscuits

Ingredients


1 (10.75 oz.) can gluten free condensed cream of chicken soup


3/4 c. low-fat Sour Cream, divided


2 c. chopped cooked chicken


1 (16 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed


1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese


1 c. Pamela's Products Ultimate Baking & Pancake Mix


3 Tbs. milk


Directions


Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix soup and 1/2 c. sour cream in an 8-inch square baking dish. Stir in chicken, vegetables and cheese. In a medium size bowl, combine baking mix, remaining sour cream and milk just until mixture forms into stiff dough. Spoon into 6 mounds over chicken mixture. Bake 35 min. or until biscuits are golden brown and chicken mixture is hot and bubbly. (Serves: 6)
