Ingredients

Cherrybrook Kitchen Gluten Free Dreams Fudge Brownie Mix


2 Cups Sweetened Coconut


1/3 cup melted Dairy-Free Margarine


2/3 cup water


2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil



Directions


SPREAD coconut on a non stick pan. BROIL coconut until lightly toasted (watch, this goes fast). HEAT oven to 350 degrees. COMBINE mix, coconut, margarine, water and oil until well blended.
SHAPE the mixture into 2 inch balls (the mixture will be wet). PLACE on an ungreased cookie sheet 2” apart. BAKE for 16-18 minutes. REMOVE from the oven and ENJOY! Makes 20 Cookies.
