Kids Fruit Sandwich

Ingredients


2 slices gluten free bread


2 Tbs Apple, or pear, or apricot chopped


3 Tbs low-fat, small-curd cottage cheese


2 Tbs Pineapple crushed in natural juice


2 Tbs Slivered almonds


Directions


In a small bowl mix together all ingredients except bread. If ingredients do not hold together well enough to spread, add additional cottage cheese. Spread the mixture on the bread and serve with Snikiddy® Baked Fries-Original Snacks.
