Spaghetti Soup

Ingredients


1 lb. extra-lean ground beef or turkey


1/2 c. onion, chopped


1 small bell pepper, chopped


1/2 c. celery, chopped


1 medium carrot, chopped


1 clove garlic, minced


2-1/2 c. water


1 can diced tomatoes, undrained


1 – 2 jars Francesco Rinaldi® Tomato, Garlic & Onion Pasta Sauce


1 Tbs. sugar


1/2 tsp. Melissa’s Organic Italian Seasoning Grinder


Coarse salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste


4 oz. gluten free spaghetti, broken


Parmesan cheese, if desired


Directions


In large saucepan over medium heat, cook meat, onion, bell pepper, celery, carrot, and garlic until vegetables are tender and meat is no longer pink. Add water, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, sugar, and seasonings. Bring mixture to a boil. Add gluten free spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Serve immediately garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired. (Serves: 6)
