Texas Goulash

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small bag frozen whole kernel corn
2 cups uncooked Ronzoni Gluten Freeā„¢ Elbow Pasta
16 oz. beef broth
3 Tbs. gluten free chili seasoning
1 Tbs. granulated sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
Coarse salt & fresh ground pepper, as desired
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, optional topping
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Add the remaining ingredients, except cheese, to the skillet and mix well. Immediately pour mixture into crock pot and cook for 3 1/2 hours on LOW. Serve goulash topped with cheddar cheese, if desired.
